Pregnancy can be linked to several beauty and health problems such as acne. And since being pregnant restricts you from having the medication and treatments that can shoo the problems away, you have no choice but to wait for your baby to be born before you could get the acne treatment to smoother and clearer skin. I have heard such wonderful news from my cousin that, after two years of trying, his wife is now pregnant with their first child. They were so ecstatic about it and everybody is happy for them. As a first time father to be, my cousin is both excited and anxious. Obviously, he wants what’s best for his beloved wife and child. He started asking everyone for information such as what prenatal vitamins work best, what exercise program is best for a pregnant woman, and what kind of diet should his wife have. I advised him and his wife to consult a doctor for the best advices.
